Led by nutritionist, yoga and Pilates teacher Emma de Ferranti, this immersive experience is designed to support your nervous system, restore energy and help you reconnect with your body — without pressure or extremes.
The workshop includes a gentle vinyasa yoga class to release tension and improve circulation, an evidence-informed nutrition and functional medicine talk to help you understand burnout and how to recover, and a deeply restorative breathwork and sound healing session to finish.
You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer and more grounded and with practical tools you can take home to support your energy, reduce stress and prevent burnout in the future.
No experience is necessary. This workshop is suitable for all levels.

Emma de Ferranti is a degree-qualified nutritionist with a background in nutritional medicine, and a certified yoga and Pilates instructor. She specialises in gut health, burnout and stress-related conditions, combining evidence-informed nutrition with gentle movement, breathwork and nervous system support.
