What to Expect

March Momentum is not a “challenge”.

It is simply a month long program to help you build on your current yoga and movement practice, or potentially grow the seeds of practice that you have planted.

Just attend 12 classes in the month of March.

❋ See your progress

We will have a chart in the studio so you can track and visualise your progress. Aim for rhythm and routine rather than a hard push.

❋ Easier together

Take advantage of the group energy to motivate you to find your sustainable rhythm.

❋ Stay motivated

Receive encouragement from our team of teachers and stay motivated as we have a major prize draw.

How It Works
  • Take some time to reflect on what you want from your movement practice. Use this as your guiding star in your commitment to practice through March.

  • We will be adding a chart to the studio in March. Add your name to the chart and you’re in!

  • Check your pass or membership with our studio. If you are not yet a member, you can choose our special March Momentum 12 class pass.

  • We recommend you book ahead and set up your schedule for the month. Make sure you take note of our late cancellation and no-show policies.

  • Don’t forget to check off your classes as you go. At the end of the month we will verify all entries and gift all finishers with a free class. Everyone who completes will be in the running for one 20 class pass.

  • We want this event to be low pressure and fun for you. Remember that feeling in flow with your life doesn’t come from over pushing, or gritting and grinding through. It comes from finding what brings you joy and keeping your commitment to continue.
