Art of Flow offers an integrated approach to yoga that emphasises the complete practice of yoga beyond just the physical. We draw into our approach the physical asanas (poses), pranayama (breathwork) and mindfulness. In addition, our work is based in physiology, anatomy, psychology and philosophy from both the East and West.

No, all props are supplied.
Do I need experience to come to class?
No experience necessary. Our classes cater to all levels of yoga practitioners. We welcome total beginners, those with some fitness or movement experience and those who have practiced yoga for many years. Each class gives options to give you your own personal experience of the practice.
I’m not flexible, can I do yoga?
Absolutely! We all begin where we are. Yoga is the perfect thing to help you gradually become more flexible.
I have an injury or medical condition, can I come to class?
It depends. Make sure you have clearance from your healthcare provider to practice yoga and you have a plan for treatment for your injury. You may contact us to discuss before coming to class, or let the teacher know when you arrive at class.
I am pregnant, can I come to class?
If you are coming to Art of Flow for the first time, we take new pregnant students after 12 weeks and once you have clearance from your primary prenatal care provider. Please feel free to contact us to discuss and let your teacher know when you come to class.
If you are a current student of Art of Flow, please discuss with the teacher.
I just had a baby, can I come to class?
Absolutely! Make sure you have clearance from your primary postnatal care provider. We usually recommend 6-8 weeks after you have your baby as a guideline.
Do I need to book in?
Yes, bookings are essential. We have a small boutique yoga space and booking means you can reserve your spot early.
How do I register for a class?
Head over to our bookings page, select a class, and click “Book now”. This will take you to our online booking system where you can sign up to our studio and manage your bookings and class passes.
I just want to try your classes out, do I really need to register?
You can contact us and we can book your complementary spot in class. If you decide you would like to join our classes, you can then register for an account with us. However, you will need to fill out a physical registration form when you get to class if you choose not to register online.
Is there an app to book classes?
Yes! We use the Momoyoga app. Just search for Momoyoga in the App Store for iOS or the Google Play Store for Android. Make sure you have registered an account with our studio first.
I need to cancel a class, will I be charged?
You can cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled class without charge. If you book within 24 hours, the full charge of the class or punch on your class pass will apply. This helps us with making sure that people on the waiting list can join the class if there are openings.
I just decided I want to come to yoga, but class starts in 30 minutes. Can I still come?
As long as there are spots available, you can book right up until the time the class is scheduled to start. Check your app or account to book in.
I’m running late, can I still come?
Our studio entry is straight onto a busy street and has an electronic door that needs to be closed at the scheduled start time for class. Please make every effort to arrive a few minutes before the class starts.
Can I bring my friend? Can they use my pass?
Yes of course! Their first class is on us. If they decide they like our classes, they can register for their own class pass.
I’m from out of town and I’d like to come as a one off. Do I need to register?
